The lapel pin is embellished with pearls, floating rhinestones, natural aquamarine, blue appetites, green garnet and turquoise stones. It is rooted in a stunning 32ct green amethyst framed by rings of rhinestones and pearls. All finished with 14kt gold-filled wires.
