Returns/ Terms and Conditions
I agree and understand that all items handcrafted and made to order. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handcrafted work and love that goes into every order.
Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
Charity Collections, such as National Kidney Foundation Collections, My Passion Forward Project and the Cherry Blossom Collection cannot be returned, only exchanged for a different color, if unsatisfied, as ongoing donations are made to the various designated non-profit organizations.
Classic and Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged if dissatisfied within 7 days. Classic Collection items can only be exchanged MAXIMUM TWICE after original order. Items can always be mailed for repair. Reasonable minimum changes/fixes will be no fee, however if a considerable amount of stones/crystals are missing, we will send the fee and only charge and repair, if price is agreed. Please mail support@mindylam.com for repairs.
Custom, Couture, Ethereal and Homme Collections (Nostalgia Collection) cannot be returned. They are one-of-a-kind pieces and/or made specifically for the consumer i.e. size, color, pricing. etc. Items can be mailed for repair and slight style adjustment. Pricing will be determined for adjustments if necessary or if there is considerable damage by consumer. If sizing needs to be adjusted there is no charge.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
