The storm had passed, leaving behind a world washed clean. The early morning light stretched its golden fingers over the horizon, painting the sky in soft hues of pink and orange. The air carried the crisp scent of rain, mingled with the earthy aroma of damp soil. Dew clung to every blade of grass and leaf, glistening like tiny diamonds in the gentle sunlight.

Amid the quiet, lying on the soft, damp earth, was a feather. It stood out against the grass and stone, its pearlescent strands shimmering faintly in the morning glow. The feather was a marvel—its edges were touched with a soft gradient of blue that faded into the stormy gray at its center, resembling the clouds that had raged across the sky the night before.

Above, birds darted gracefully through the open air, their songs weaving into the stillness. One of them, a large bird with wings wide as the horizon, circled slowly, its keen eyes scanning the ground. It had been caught in the fury of the storm the previous night, and now it soared through the calm, seeking shelter and warmth.

The feather had once been a part of such wings—wings that had battled the winds and rain. It had been carried far by the storm’s relentless gusts, tumbling and twisting until it finally found rest here, among the scattered drops of dew and the delicate wildflowers that dotted the meadow. 

As the sun climbed higher, its rays illuminated the feather, casting a faint glow upon the ground. It rested as a quiet reminder of nature’s strength and fragility.

The vintage pearly feather is rooted in a clear crystal drop framed by a ring of pearls and rhinestones. A vintage Ciner bumble bee hovers by. It is loved and surrounded by cluster of pearls, pearl blossoms, crystal leaves and accented with floating rhinestones. The brooch is finished with 14kt gold-filled wire.
