Today, we follow a pair of hummingbirds flutter through the magical forest. The mama hummingbird understands the way of life, and cherishes the brief moments with her baby, as she prepares him for his journey ahead. She patiently repeats the steps on how to forage for the sweetest nectar, how to build a nest, making sure that when she is not around, that our baby is capable of protecting himself.

The mama bird often thinks back to her own mother with gratitude when she encounters challenges. She can still hear the voice of guidance, and whispers back "thank you, mama bird."

The baby hummingbird might look clueless and just following mama's lead, but these moments will be remembered and the values instilled for life.

The pair of enameled hummingbird is hovering above a pair of sweet berry red centered white vintage flowers, they look magical. The flowers are rooted in a natural agate stone framed and engulfed in pearls and gold vines. Paired with the flowers is a vintage Miriam Haskell pearl flowers cluster. Accented with green garnet, peridot, vintage wild flowers, leaflets and Mindy Lam Classic crystal blossoms. The brooch is finished with 14kt gold-filled wires.
