The blue jay tilted his head, his sharp red eyes scanning the forest, taking in the pristine beauty of this frozen world. Despite the cold, there was something enchanting about this season... Nestled at the base of a snow-dusted shrub, surrounded by icy tendrils, was a single bloom. Its creamy petals unfurled like the soft folds of a trumpet, glowing faintly against the wintry white backdrop. It was the angel’s trumpet flower—a delicate, fragrant bloom that seemed impossibly out of place in this frozen world.
